Clicks and trip extras
Straightfare is free to use. The plan is to earn from commissions when a visitor books through a link, and from related trip needs such as tours, stays, transfers and eSIMs. Affiliate programmes are not live yet, so today the site earns nothing from clicks.
Local companies
Later we may charge a local company a small fee when it answers a quote request we passed to it. We would announce that here before it started. Charging a fee would not change how we rank or price anything.
What money does not buy
- A better position in a table.
- A different all-in total.
- Removal of a price we read correctly. A company can still ask us to remove or correct a listing, and we act within 24 hours.
